What are your hours of operation?

We'd prefer to conduct intake during the day, however we understand that the need is not always scheduled. Intake will be done by appointment.

Is there a rental fee?

We require a monthly rental fee of $300. This covers all utilities as well. There are several organization in the area that provide rental assistance.

Other than rental payment, what else should I know?

COVID test within 48 or 72 hours of move in.
Criminal Background Test
We do not have the capacity to accommodate children at this time.
